What is Wash & Fold?
1. Drop Off
-Customer brings in their dirty laundry to our location
-Clothes are weighed, tagged, and entered into the order.
2. Wash
-Clothes are sorted according to color, fabric, and washing requirements.
-Laundry is washed using commercial-grade machines and detergent.
3. Dry
-Clothes are dried at the appropriate temperature to prevent damage or shrinking.
4. Fold
-Clean, dry clothes are neatly folded.
-Items can be organized by type—shirts, pants, towels, underwear, etc.
5. Package
-Clothes are bagged and labeled so they're ready to go directly into the customer's closet.
6. Pickup
-Customers pick up their finished laundry.
